When using the Airboxr Amazon Order Export Hop, there are important things to consider before analyzing your data.
1. Pending Orders Show Total Sales as $0
Amazon marks orders with a Pending status when payment verification is still in progress or other conditions prevent immediate processing. As a result:
Orders with Pending status will show a total sales value of $0 in your Airboxr export.
Once Amazon confirms the payment and processes the order, the total sales value will be updated in future reports.
To get sale values for orders with pending status, use our Amazon Order Export with Line Items report.
Why does this happen?
Amazon does not consider a sale final until payment is successfully processed.
The order may be pending due to credit card authorization, stock availability, or other factors.
Amazon Order Export is a report that contains detail breakdown on all orders received within a specific peroid including customer emails.
2. Orders from Non-Amazon Marketplaces May Not Appear
If you are selling on multiple non-Amazon marketplaces and syncing these sales back to Amazon, note that:
Orders from these marketplaces do not appear in the Amazon Order Export report.
Airboxr fetches data specifically from Amazon Seller Central, which does not include transactions from external marketplaces.
