This report analyzes the monthly revenue generated by returning customers from the month they were acquired until the present month. It also includes sales performance metrics, such as total sales, number of customers, and average order value (AOV) for the past 12 months.

From column F, the details of each cohort’s spending details are shown. The same-month combination is the total revenue from customers who made a repeat purchase in that month. Subsequent month columns are the revenue generated from customers who made a purchase in the Column A month.

For example, F2 is the total sales from customers who made a purchase in July 2023 and also made a repeat purchase in July 2023. G2 is the total sales from customers who made a purchase in July 2023 and also purchased in August 2023. Similarly, H2 is the revenue from customers who made a purchase in July 2023 that also purchased in September 2023.
