TLDR

Alerts Digest is a bi-weekly email sent Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am (based on your Shopify time zone) that notifies you of critical issues needing action in your connected data sources. It highlights problems like Meta Ads saturation, suppressed Amazon listings, or low FBA inventory.

What is the Alerts Digest?

This is a collection of alerts that we extract from your connected data sources, notifying you of the most important issues at hand.

It surfaces critical issues, namely:

  • Meta Ads: when your ads are nearing saturation point

  • Amazon Seller Central: when your product listings are suppressed

  • Amazon Seller Central: when your FBA inventory levels are too low

While we currently only highlight these marketing and operational alerts, we may add more in the future.

How is this different from the daily / weekly / monthly digests?

Your daily, weekly and monthly digests show you top line revenue figures. This one shows you issues that you need to take action on.

When does the Alerts Digest get sent out?

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am, we do a scan of your data sources and take note if there is anything to alert you on. If there are no issues, you don’t receive a digest.

This timing is based on your Shopify store time zone, though if that’s not connected we will fall back to a time zone on one of your other connected data sources.

Can I control whether I receive this digest?

We will soon be adding the ability for you to opt out of this digest from your Settings page.
